Disney Skyliner suffering from "an unexpected downtime"

" Disney Skyliner "is a gondola lift system at " Walt Disney World " in Lake Buena Vista , Florida.

It opened on September 29, 2019 with five stations located in resorts and parks, where one of its roads suffered an unexpected breakdown that led to  confusion .

In a statement released by Disney, officials said Skyliner was suffering from "an unexpected downtime" .

The guests went to social media and posted videos and photos of people who appeared to be stuck and evacuated from the gondola .

The Walt Disney World issued a statement on Sunday morning regarding the Skyliner accident stopped .

said one of Disney's three Skyliner routes had an unexpected break on Saturday night.

 As a result, Skyliner will be closed as the company searches the surrounding details that led to this downtime

Disney apologized for the situation and confirmed that she was working with each guest individually on the effects on their visit .
